Town Budget Referendum

A Budget Referendum will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. to vote on the proposed budget for FY 2013-2014.  Voting will take place at District 1 (Town Hall) and District 2 (WLHS).




Windsor Locks Receives First Honors

Pick Ups One Day late

All refuse pick ups by Paine's will be one day late due to the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 27th, 2013.  This includes curbside pick up of trash, bagged yard waste and bulk pick up items.  The schedule returns to normal the following week.




Memorial Day Observance/Parade

The Memorial Day Parade will be held on May 27, 2013 under the direction of Parade Marshal Jerry R. Hayes, Past Commander of the local American Legion Post.  Assembly for the parade will be at 10:00 a.m. at the intersection of West and Spring Streets and will start promptly at 10:30 a.m.  For more details regarding the Parade and Observances click on:  Memorial Day Observance & Parade.
