Memorial Day Parade & Observance

The Memorial Day Observances will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012 and will commence with services at the following locations:  Grove Cemetery @ 8:30 a.m., Windsor Locks/East Windsor Bridge @ 9:00 a.m., and St. Mary's Cemetery immediately following the Bridge Ceremony.

The Memorial Day Parade will assemble at the intersection of West and Spring Streets @ 10:00 a.m. and will start promptly @ 10:30 a.m.  A Service will be held immediately following the parade at Memorial Hall.

New Haven-Htfd.-Spfld. Rail Line

The Environmental Assessment Impact Evaluation (EA/EIE) for the New Haven-Hartford-Springfield Line High Speed Intercity Passenger Rail Project is now available for review and comment.  A hard copy is also available for viewing in the Town Clerk's Office at the Windsor Locks Town Hall, 50 Church Street, Windsor Locks, CT during normal business hours.  Both the current and proposed train station platform locations for Windsor Locks are addressed in the project.  For more details click on:  EA/EIE
