CORE MOVES PROGRAM - Last updated 2/26/14

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 
Core Moves is a non-impact workout that incorporates a seamless rhythmic blend of breathing, stretching and body sculpting techniques designed to burn fact, tone muscles, and improve balance and flexibility while strenthening the core.  The class will leave you feeling energized, rejuvenated and stress free.  All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.  A Yoga Mat is required.

MUSCLES IN MOTION - Last Updated 2/26/14

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This energetic sixty-minute class is a combination of dynamic, NON-IMPACT moves combined with basic weight training exercises for the entire body.  Get ready to reshape, strengthen and tone your body in an interval style workout utilizing your own muscle power and light hand weights.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers that will support your feet.  Bring your own weights (2lbs  - 5lbs) if you have them, but if not some will be provided to you to use until you have your own.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Yoga classes offered at two levels:  Beginners on Monday evenings and Intermediate / Advanced on Tuesday evenings.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  For this class wear light, loose clothing and sneakers and bring plenty of water.  NO dance experience is required!
