____________________________________________________________________________________________ Windsor Locks Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations select Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission Application select _________________________________________ Meetings are held the first (1st) Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Large Conference Room in Town Hall unless otherwise posted. Applicants shall mail copies of the application, supporting documents and plans(s) to all commission members and staff. Please call the Building Department to get a list of addresses at 860 627 1447. Applications will be “received” by the IWWC the day of the next regularly scheduled meeting after the day that the application is submitted to the Building Department. The commission suggests that applicants mail all copies of applications, site plans, or revisions 2 weeks before each scheduled meeting so that staff and commission members have time to review the material.
