"Building a Stronger Community"

The Windsor Locks Youth Services Bureau promotes the positive growth of youth and their families in Windsor Locks through developing, coordinating, and providing services and programs in the areas of prevention, education, intervention, and recreation.

The Windsor Locks Youth Services Bureau was established in 1999.  We receive funding from the State Department of Education, town of Windsor Locks, and the Capital Area Substance Abuse Council.
