Online Look Up and Bill Payment

For first time users, please read the instructions before looking up and paying a bill online.

If you need a clearance for motor vehicles, DO NOT pay online. To receive a clearance right away, you must pay (in cash, money order, or certified bank check) in the office.

Payments will be considered on time as long as the payment has been completed on the final due date. After the payment has been completed, you will receive a payment confirmation containing the list number, amount paid, and a confirmation number - print out this page and save it for your records.

If you would like to create an appointment with Joe DeLisle (the Tax Collector) to come in and have him walk you through the process step-by-step and answer any questions, please call 860-627-1415.

Information for the system is updated 24 hours after the Tax Office receives payment and posts to our system. Payments are not reflected until after this happens. Likewise, adjustments done by the Assessor's Office are not reflected online until 24 hours after the adjustment has been made.

If you forgot your user ID, you can either: 1.) Come to the office with some form of government issued, photo ID (such as a driver's license); or 2.) Simply create a new account.

The online payment system is run through and secured by Webster Bank. However, you do not need a Webster Bank account to use the system.
