All appeals must be submitted to the Water Pollution Control Authority by August 1st, 2023 along with a check for the amount of your first installment. The Windsor Locks Water Pollution Control Authority will not consider appeals submitted after this date. The Authority will review all appeals during their next scheduled meeting after August 1st, 2023.
