TOWN OF WINDSOR LOCKS

WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY

The first installment of the Sewer User Charge is due and payable on August 1, 2025.The last day to pay without penalty is September 2, 2025.

If payment is not received within one month of the due date, the installment will become delinquent and will immediately be subject to a 3% interest fee. From then on, interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month. The minimum interest charge is $2.00 as specified by Connecticut State Statute.  Owners of real estate property connected to the Town Sewer should receive their Sewer User Bills around July 25, 2025.

 Sewer User Charge payments are made at the Windsor Locks Tax Office located at 50 Church Street in Windsor Locks. Tax Office hours are Monday-Wednesday 8am-4pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, and Friday 8am-1pm. Payments may also be mailed to the Windsor Locks Tax Office at 50 Church Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 or may be made online through our website at www.windsorlocksct.org.

Failure to receive a Sewer User Bill does not invalidate the charge or relieve property owners of the requirement to pay statutory interest on late payments.
